The Sanctuary organ of 2nd Church was installed by the Reuter Organ Company of Lawrence, Kansas, in the fall of 1999.  It boasts 3 manuals and 58 ranks of pipes, with approximately 3,000 pipes altogether.  During the 2009-2010 church year, a Concert Series entitled Jubilation!  was held in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the installation of the organ.
