Second Congregational Church boasts three children’s vocal choirs, each age specific:

• Choristers (K – 2nd)
• Chapel Singers (3rd – 6th)
• Youth Choir (7th – 12th)

Under the director of Amanda York, these choirs meet each Wednesday evening during TGIW at convenient times which enable the whole family to eat together during dinner (5:45 to 6:30pm), with adult education for parents during the children’s rehearsals.  Each choir sings in approximately one worship service per month, and is open to kids of all ability levels.  The goal of the Children’s Choirs is to grow in Christ through fun and fellowship each Wednesday, and to learn the basic fundamentals of music-making.
